Frame by frame editing in Vegas 8?

I want to edit video frame-by-frame in Vegas, but when I push the right arrow key or the left, it skips 4 frames ahead instead of going frame by frame. Where can I change this?
 
Press the up key for a bit, and press left and see what happens. If you've zoomed in enough, it should start moving frame by frame.
