Final Cut Pro Render Options (Which one provides best quality?)

For people who use Final Cut Pro X to create Fan-Edits, just curious, which option do you use to render? I use Apple ProRes 422 HQ, and then use Handbrake to lower the file size (and use the lossless option so it doesn't compress). But if there is a better option, I'd love to know.Here are the render options:Render Options Picture
