Exact size for cover art?

I was wondering if there was an EXACT size for cover art, in such a way that I could create a cover, and print it directly and have it fit readily into a DVD case. Slim or regular/fat covers would be nice. Sorry to be a pain in the rear, but I'm sure I'm not the first person to ever ask this. ;)
 
amaray: 7.25 x 10.8 inches (ls, rs 5.12 spine 0.57)
thinpak: 7.25 x 10.5 inches (ls, rs 5.12 spine 0.27)
