could any one tell me how to import the vob files it just goes over my head dont know where to start...
 
import vob files into DVD lab pro?
not possible I think. vob files are DVD files, DVD LAB PRO might try to demux them. But once demuxed, you can work with them quite well.
 
how do you make menus for dvds if you cant import them
 
It has a built in menu editor. Click Menu -> New Menu.
