im currently comverting some mark thomas pruduct episodes to dvd and i keep running into a crash near the end of the compile process.

it says that the compiler has suffered a serious error and cant continue and then suggests to try demuxing the files (if not already) or reencoding but doesn't give any indication why the compile failed :(

i have 24 half hour files which are all 352x288, 25 fps, audio is mpa 48000mhz and the file is flagged as PAL.

all files check out in VDub and demux perfectly in DVD lab.

i have tried various reencodes of both audio and video and nothing seems to work.

any ideas?

looks like a DVD LAB PRO bug to me. If you can find it, try an older version.

actually i tried that, but it can't load the DAL file. its nothing major just means i need to rebuild the connections (which'll take a while)

anyway thanks for the heads up and i'll post again when i've tried out V1.6

quick question. i have 1.6 and 2.0 which would be best?

I am still using 1.52 :)

okey dokey i'll give 1.6 a bash first.

Downgraded to 1.6.

Boon = Awesome :)
