District 9 Deleted Scenes?

Anyone got the disc and can tell me what shape the deleted scenes are in? and also if they're any good? I haven't actually bought this yet (yes I know for shame, for shame) and I've been tinkering with the idea of an edit.

from reading dvdcompare there seems to be a shedload of potentially usable stuff just need to know the quality.
 
They are in exceptionally good quality. Picture is great, some of the audio is raw (but level). But you should know that all the scenes featuring Prawns will be unusable as they feature the stand-in...no finished CGI whatsoever.

Content-wise, there's a fair bit on show. I personally didn't feel like there was anything that really enhanced the narrative, but could still make for a nice 'more is more' EE for those that want it.
