DARKEST CITY

I have always liked Dark City, but I haven't watched it in years. I picked up the DVD in the not too distant past to add to the collection, but I hadn't gotten around to watching it. Then I discovered Jorge's remix. Needless to say, I was gripped by it. The bad storytelling that I remember is completely gone. Everything feels sinister and creepy. I am 100% happier with this movie now. I will disagree with other reviewers and say that I liked the "cliche Hollywood ending" because it shows John finally getting to Shell Beach, which is what he's been trying to do the whole movie. I like Emma becoming Anna because now she doesn't have the memory of betraying John. He got remade, and so did she. They can start fresh.

Is it true that a kitty dies whenever someone necroposts? I read that somewhere a long time ago (it was actually a couple seconds ago, on google images, but hey).

Jorge, where art thou?

I'm excited. So many years I didn't watch this movie. Completely forgotten. Storytelling was not so good I remembered. I'm gonna check this out
