I definitely dont want it in a paper sleeve. I think I like the somewhat thicker 1" and will be using that

No, however Fox does release 7-disc versions of 24 in the 14MM-spine 6-disc case by providing the 7th disc in a paper sleeve. So yes, you can fit 7 discs in a 6-disc case provided you don't mind having the 7th in a paper sleeve.

you said "no" then fox does..so which one,you just contradicted your self.
 
Not really, he's saying they just stuffed another disc in a 6 disc box.
