ok when i drop my new CCE encoded POTC DMC mpv file into DVD Lab it thinks its a proper NTSC 16:9 720x480 file but its only 1 hour 51 mins long!

it should be 2 hours 19 mins. i then dropped the non CCE encoded mpv into DVD Lab and it says its 720x480 16:9 NTSC Pulldown 2:3DF.

this is the version of the file i ripped directly from the DVD (its been run through womble; compiled not encoded if that makes any sense)

do i need to run it through CCE again but with the Pulldown option selected?

EDIT: fixed it, converted from 23.9 to 29.9 everythings cool.
