What are good font sizes for the Movie title, and the text for the buttons on a DVD Menu?
 
Whatever works and feels right. Check out some other dvd's and see what they have.
 
yep, whatever feels good. check it out on small resolutions. You want a balance between readability and artistic design. Too small and people with small monitors will have trouble reading it, too large and it may look ridiculous.
