This is the re-release of the film posted previously by Rikter on MySpleen, with menus added by babyhum.

up to the premiere of Star Wars Episode I: The Phantom Menace, Bill Moyers
joined George Lucas at Skywalker Ranch in northern California to talk about

The epic themes in Lucas’ cinematic stories are a springboard for a candid
conversation about family, fatherhood, spiritual beliefs, and the importance of
moral tales for every generation. Intercut with movie footage from the original

Description:
Transmitted on the ITV network in the UK on May 25th 2002, “The A To Z Of Star Wars: Episode II”
was a 25 minute programme consisting of EPK interviews with the cast, documentary footage and
scenes from the film edited to form an alphabetic look at the movie (A is for Anakin, B is for
bluescreen etc.). I originally posted this footage in 24 parts on theforce.net in VCD format, and
also sent some early DVD copies out to a chosen few. When originally recorded onto DV, the image was anamorphic but it had a 4×3 pixel aspect ratio. I have now fixed the aspect ratio and this version is a proper 16×9 transfer (thanks to Adobe Premiere).

Note: The original programme features source material of varying qualities.

Description: (From vh1.com)
Few movies have reached the iconic status of the original Star Wars trilogy.
A long-shot science fiction project that was rejected by multiple Hollywood studios, Star Wars
(and its creator George Lucas) defied the skeptics and became one of the biggest pop culture
phenomena of all time. Now VH1 is working with Lucasfilm to produce the ultimate oral history
of the Star Wars years, When Star Wars Ruled the World. Timed to coincide with the DVD release
of the original trilogy on September 21, 2004, this hour-long documentary will take viewers back
to those rapturous moments when the whole world wanted to wield a light saber.

The show begins in the mid-1970s as George Lucas struggles to find a way to make his dream project
a reality. Relive the incredible and unlikely impact of the first Star Wars movie, the sudden fame
of unknowns like Harrison Ford, Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher, and the way fans around the world
fell in love, first with the movie and then with the action figures, pillow cases, C-3PO cereal and
everything else they could – and did – line up to buy. Manufacturers could hardly keep up with the
demand for anything and everything Star Wars (swamped by clamoring fans, the official Star Wars
toymaker, Kenner, at one point had to settle for selling vouchers for yet-to-be-made action figures.)

The show will also chronicle the immense anticipation for the first Star Wars sequel, The Empire Strikes
Back and the build-up to the climactic Return of the Jedi that had fans traveling hundreds of miles to
visit the gates of the movie’s set. Along the way, we will highlight the cultural impression made on
millions of fans by Star Wars icons like Darth Vader, Ewoks, and Yoda, and lines like “I am your father”,
“That’s no moon. It’s a space station” and, “May the force be with you.”

INTERVIEW LIST:

Star Wars, conceived and directed by George Lucas, was originally released in 1977 and
went on to be the highest grossing movie of its time. With the release of the Special
Edition, Star Wars is again the largest grossing movie. Lucas used the power and profits
from Star Wars to establish himself as an independent producer operating from Skywalker
Ranch in Northern California. This notion of self belief was echoed in the central
philosophy of Star Wars. The Force for Lucas is a personal philosophy born out of near
tragedy. On 12th June 1962, Lucas, then aged 18, was driving home from the library when
the car he was driving was involved in a serious collision…

Thanks, to BabyHum for creating this disc.

I've been downloading all the covers in preparation for eventually getting the discs and I've found a couple of errors so far.

BH07 - shows cover art for BH06
BH08 - download link for Throw's cover art links to his cover art for BH09.

I just went to try and get some more of the Babyhum SW stuff and Jdownloader said the files are offline. I tried 03, 05 and 06 and they all said the same thing. Might want to check if the files are still there or if the DLC's need to be updated because stuff got moved around or something.

I'm not sure who had these in their account, but with RS rapidly shifting (get it ;) ) their policies, a LOT of people are losing their files, and will probably be leaving the service.

I suspect that we will have problems with discs going offline in the coming weeks. Thanks for posting about this. please post about any others you discover. We'll try to take care of it as best we can.

Cheers, actually 12,13,14,15 are unavailable and need to be uploaded, ill give it a month then the info will be removed from preserv.

Why not just re-upload them, or put them on MegaUpload or some other service?

That's the plan. Just waiting to see what is happening to RS, what service everyone is going with (looks like MU), and I am mostly away from home for work. They will be up somewhere in the near future. no worries.

Its preserv.co.cc not avp.co.cc

lol, you mean other people can help upload to? gasp! unheard of! e-gads!

Ohyes, preserv is a showcase and not a free filehost uploading service :)

All back up, grab these while you can, i wont be uploading these again.

Can you check the DLC for BH12? It has two MD5 files in it, each with a different file size. Which one is correct?

It will be BH012.

One is bh012.md5, about 1.5k file size, the other is BH012.md5, about 5K file size.
