EQ and hi/lo pass filters will probably do it.

What resources have you investigated? A 5 second search on youtube gave tons of video resources.

What wording did you use? I looked it up and found nothing of what I was looking for.
 
Often you won't find exactly what you're looking for. If you see what is possible, you'll probably find a way to accomplish your goal. There's probably some obscure filter or app that will do it for you without the need to develop a new understanding or skill, but it would be more valuable to learn about EQ's and frequencies.
