Is there anyway to make this sound more natural, because at the moment, it sounds like he's speaking on a telephone:

 
Possibly by using an EQ. I'd guess you'd need to restore some low frequencis and adjust the mid and highs. Have you google or searched youtube to see if anyone else has done this before?
