Any Handbrake pros out there that can give me the best settings for 4k filmgrain compression?

See title. I am working on a 4k lotr movie, but I cannot seem to bring the bitrate to below 60 mbps without losing grain quality.
I've seen movies with far lower bitrates than that with very good grain quality. Anyone care to share their settings for Handbrake 4k films?

It's constant quality. So you won't know bitrate until after the encode. Recommend doing a short test run of a few minute clip first.
