So I've been continuing to edit and polish up my two in one film edit and have been using a combination of Final Cut Pro X and Dr Dre's Color Correct Tool to match the two films so that there of the same colour grade and style of editing but there's one problem I've been having that I've been unable to resolve for quite some time.

As the title of the thread suggests I am hoping to find a way to target specific areas of footage so that I can for example change a characters hair colour from black to bright blonde or there outer skull from Charred Black to Greyish White, am I able to achieve this in the above software? or is there other editing software that I could use to achieve these results?
