If you follow behind the scenes stories this film is one of the classic fox development hell examples. Everything that could happen wrong eventually happened with this picture. What i like about this edit is Q2 hability to draw a line between two things that shouldn't be together in reality, creating a cohesive suspense build around this mini planet prison, delivering a nice suspense film. Alien 3 was literally my first contact with the franchise for some random reason while i was in my father's video store so it always was a weird love/hate situation for me. That being said this is probably the definitive edition of this film, worth a watch!
