Premiere Pro CS6 - Best Export Settings?

I’m using an older version of Adobe Premiere Pro. CS6 for Mac. Anyone have any recommendations for best quality export settings? Looking for about a two hour movie to be exported to various sizes - 2gb, 8gb, and 20gb. Any guidance is appreciated.

Adobe Premiere - retain grain on export?

What's the best way to retain the film's grain when exporting on Adobe Premiere? All my exports have the picture looking kind of soft comparing to the original file. I'm exporting using H264 codec. And if possible I'd like to avoid ultra gigantic files.

Adobe Premiere screwing up audio after export

It's a simple edit I'm about to export, just a trailer I finished for my latest edit. Audio is playing fine on the program, but after the export there's suddenly glitch sounds, echoes, audio drops. I tried deleting the affected parts and redoing them from scratch, didn't work, same problem.
