Overall, I agree with Neglify's review. Making this fanedit was obviously a difficult task, as the original intent of the movie was to water down the story by adding a superfluous heist story over it. Slark takes as much of that away as possible, which could not have been easy. When I watched it, it reminded me of a really good workprint. If I was a director, I'd be calling for some reshoots to polish up the picture. Obviously, Slark was stuck with what was originally released, and with that, he produced an edit which is much closer to the flavor and intent of Rice's original work. :) Well done.
