Awesome Online Videos (YouTube, Vimeo, etc.)

I thin SNL is just okay most of the time, but I'd watch the hell out of a documentary on how the shows come together. The effort and production is incredible:

Just look at this amazing set for a not remotely funny sketch!

Two classic 80s music videos, now in glorious HD!  :D

Some of you may know we are living in Germany for three years for my wife’s job. My kids (7 year old twin boys) wanted to start a Minecraft YouTube channel. We didn’t let them do that but we let them start a travel channel to document their travels. They’ve gotten really into it. I obviously help them put together the videos (in iMovie since my edit skills are non-existent compared to you guys). But my kids write out the scripts. The video are only about three minutes each. If you like them please click like and subscribe. They get really excited when they get likes or subscribers.

Found another classic '80s music video in HD! Now, when will somebody make an upload a 2K (at least!) restoration of "The Safety Dance"?! :p

This could've gone on for another hour but 14-mins will have to do...

I don't care what anyone says, these opera professionals are singing about making whoopee. Shame about the low A/V quality, this is stuff for the ages... :p

Kinda reminds me of Mozart's "Lich mich im arse" which translates to "Lick me in the ass"

No, that's not a joke

Ha! You’re close. It’s “leck mich im arsch.” I’ve only be learning for about six months, but it seems the phrase is an idiom similar to the English “kiss my ass.” So it’s more of an insult or tell off than to be taken literally.

A compilation of cinema questions from University challenge. I'm in heaven :) :

A beautifully edited and visually fun 10-point guide to Typography, for all you cover art creators (only 3.5 minutes):

It's available as a webpage to read more slowly as well: https://blind.com/blog/typography-manual/

Come on Amiga!!

A chess grandmaster was asked a few years ago how he'd prepare for his next match with a super-computer that could calculate so many moves, winning was all but impossible. His answer? "I'll bring a sledgehammer." :p
