New Style

I too prefer the darker look. The bright white look is too hard on the eyes if looked at for too long.

I like this new style very much, the UI actually looks somewhat modern for once. But I do like the darker color, as the bright white burns my eyes. If you had this same design in dark grey, it tould be perfect.

I did the same thing with the UI I use with my facebook, exactly the same UI except in dark grey.

So what happened to the RESOURCES link? I always thought that was a great thing to have, especially for new editors.

I tried the brighter look, but the darker one is way easier on my old eyes. Thanks though!

well, I prefer the dark theme and I prefer not having my default theme switched.
I am a bit disappointed that my history on fanedit.org is nowhere mentioned anymore. It was 5 years of my life.

No ones default theme was switched nor will it be switched. The light theme is there as an option for those who would like an alternative to the dark style. That is all.

Now I'm confused. Was it not dark style just a few days back and now its light?

*Nevermind, I see that there's the option in Settings to change to the dark theme. But FWIW I think we were all inadvertently changed to the light theme a few days back. But I've been known to make mistakes...from time to time.
