A serious question (sorry for breaking the hilarity :smile: )...

I've been thinking about getting into the EU, but I have no idea where to start. Any suggestions? I know there's a ton of books already out there, but given that I haven't read any of it yet I'd like to start from someplace that makes sense.
 
The Thrawn trilogy is classic. A nice place to start. check it out
