I recently bought the Gold Box from amazon and even though it says NTSC on the box
somw of it is NTSC and the later discs 7-10 seem to be sub par Pal, almost vhs or vcd quality.
Anyone else have these issues


Heres hoping for BR release
 
Are you sure you got an official release and not some bootleg Chinese release?
 
it was from the USA amazon website and it wasnt a used copy
 
I didn't have any problems with my copy. All discs NTSC and great DVD quality. Purchased from the USA Amazon website about 3 1/2 years ago. Not a used copy. Here's a picture:

There's nothing wrong with the later discs (except for two scenes (I think one from episode 24 (?) and one from episode 27 (which, if memory serves me, always looked bad)).

So if your copy looks bad, you should return it.
 
I contacted Amazon, and their sending me a replacement box, and i dont even have to send in the box i have.

You sure about that? I've never known Amazon to let a person keep the initial shipment when a replacement has been shipped. I'd double check if I were you, because I'm sure you don't want to be double charged.
 
Weill i know what Amazon told me in the email,, i showed them the reciept and they said it was defective item
and cant be charged for something that i bought with a gift cad given to me on my Birthday.
