Leave your stupid comments in your pocket! ;-)

For those who have not seen The Room, i was simply quoting that movie, no offense meant to geminigod. But some sort of reference to the room is pretty much required when a thread called "Movies So Bad They Are Good" is created!

Obvious ones:

Plan 9
Troll 2
Showgirls
The Room
Point Break

More obscure picks

The Hand

"Michael Caine... was interested in making another horror film to earn enough to put a down payment on a new garage he was having built...

Bare Wench Project

The Last Dragon

Buford's Beach Bunnies

Watch this movie and you'll see where Tom Hanks got most of the character for Forrest Gump from!

Last House On Dead End Street

[Director, Roger] Watkins has said he was high on amphetamines while making the film and that only about $800 of the $3,000 budget was spent making the film, while the remaining $2,200 was used to buy drugs.

Haven't seen it. Is this the movie you are talking about? "After waking from an accident, Houston mother Julia, who has been plagued by images of a large, empty room, travels to New York to find the room."

Sounds pretty rediculous, But maybe a little too serious? Unless the seriousness is so seriously bad that it is actually seriously funny.

Nope this one:

"A happy-go-lucky banker sees his world fall apart when his friends begin to betray him one-by-one."

Point Break

I disagree. Its a good movie. Its no "so bad that its good" its just a damn good action movie. Yes Keanu Reeves is a cardboard actor but the movie is great and IMO doesn't belong in this category.

Damn, Netflix doesn't have that "The Room".

Also, Point Break isn't nearly bad enough.

The Room is this generation's Plan 9. See it at a midnight screening at your local cinema if possible. Bring spoons.

I'm surprised no-one has mentioned LifeForce. The film that doesn't know if it wants to be a vampire movie or a zombie movie, and instead becomes both with constant knocker wobblege throughout. A film that defines "so bad it's good". I love it!!
