Load H264 File into Vdub.

I have an h264 codec installed on the system and i can play the file perfectly but VDub* will not load it, any ideas?

edit: the file is an mp4 btw.


*any flavour that i use.
 
you can load it into VDub with a trick. Create an avisynth directshow script like this one for your movie:
DirectShowSource("yourdrive:locationofthemovie\moviename", FPS=the framerate of your movie)
LanczosResize(the size of your movie)
ConvertToYUY2()
ResampleAudio(44100)

you need to have avisynth installed

virtualdub can open this script
using this script you can open anything with virtualdub that can be palyed on your computer.
