I really enjoyed this!  It injected some real fresh energy to something I have watched a bazillion times.  Plus, I just LOVE the Tron Legacy soundtrack!!!  :D

Looked ok, not awful, not great. I feel like it would have really been something special with Fuller at the helm. But hey, he's doing American Gods right now, which I am far more interested in anyway.
 
People are complaining about the Klingons but if you add hair they don't look that different from what we're used to.

Dig, that's not entirely right. I spotted the problem immediately: you used a 'w' in a word that was clearly meant to have a 'v'. Good thing I know proper English from my Academy training in Russia, I was able to correct the error in the quote below:

^ Awesome! It sounds like something that someone should incorporate into a fanedit. :D  I've yet to see replacement shots that truly convinced me, but this might come close.

Why is Sulu gazing off to his right when the Enterprise is now on his left?  That's the problem with changing geography when you replace shots.  The closer you stick to the original choreography, the better the final result.

...In my opinion.  :)
