Has anyone else discovered Twixtor? I have just started using it and it is creating pretty amazing results. I will post an example shortly.

Is it free?

Do you use it with vegas or something?

*Facepalm*

Crap, i was hoping i might be able to use this.

No, it's not free Rogue but it is amazing. It's an After Effects plugin that is compatible with Premiere Pro.

Have you tried it on a busy action scene?

no, but have tried it on very slowed down footage - 30% speed, and it looks totally fluid - not jumpy at all. I am rendering footage now, will post shortly.

Looks to cost around $350 for the standard edition.

Looks like njvc is a rich mofo. Hey nj, wanna buy me a new TV? You can afford it.

My pro editor friend allows me to use his licence... I am lucky

Just for you my friend. Sorry, it's pick up only.

Rogue, you had some cool ultra slow motion in your 300 trailer. How did you achieve that?

That was effect was achieved by simply using the movie 300 as the source.

Well, Rouge could have added more slow-mo, but yeah 300 is crazy with the slow-mo.

MSU FRC:

using a 23.976 framerate to begin with:
ConvertToYV12() .MSU_FRC(2, "slow")
AssumeFPS(23.976)

It works great if something has smooth motion to begin with, but if its too fast you get artifacting.

Hey, you know avisynth right? Can you make any sense of this?

I wanted to use it the same way as the msu filter but it's beyond me.

Do we need a new thread?
