I know you're joking,  but i wouldn't.  That's a pretty sensitive subject around these parts.

I was working on such a character, though he's a vigilante, he always has classical music playing in his head.

The only purpose Midi-chlorians serve is to get the Force theme stuck in a Jedi's head in important moments.
 
Isn't there someone actually singing and playing the Spider-Man theme in the first Raimi film? Or at the very least, there's an instrumental version playing in Spider-Man 3 during the parade I believe.
