I don't have kids. Can I give it to my cats? That would make me giggle.

I heard fruit's pretty good, too. :p

Btw, they speak English in What?

Well that's two phone calls made today, if I could just work up the nerve for one more

What's more correct?:
A story set a long time ago, in a galaxy far, far away....
or
A story set in a time long ago, in a galaxy far, far away....
or
A story set long ago, in a galaxy far, far away....

?

Provided that what follows the ellipsis is correct, you may take your pick. I like the third for its brevity though.

Yes.

ellipsis = ...

As long as what follows the ellipsis at the end of each of the three options is grammatical, all is well.

Ah, I got it now.

Why then do the movies have 4 periods instead of 3?

I was eagerly anticipating their analysis of Dracula 3000, too. In that movie, The Bionic Woman remains in the public consciousness long after Christianity has faded into obscurity. Also, the vampire isn't named Dracula. It's really Orlock. That's right - it's really Nosferatu 3000.

Started and finished a rough draft of a super 8 cut of Wrong Turn today, took two hours. I hoped this draft would come out to 20 minutes but wouldn't have been surprised if it ended up being 30mins and then I would cut that down to 17mins later, but it ended up being 18 and a 1/2 mins.
:whoo:

ETA: I blame it all on njvc and neg. I have my reasons. :)
