random thoughts. rants. general nonsense.

I eat very little chocolate, crisps or sweets and drink at least 2 litres of mineral water a day. So I'd probably look at diet next if you're serious about losing some weight.

I very rarely eat chocolate myself, don't really care for it unless it's part of a candy bar, which I also very rarely eat. By "crisps" I'm going to assume you mean potato chips, which I do on occasion eat, but not often enough to really make a difference. I'm not a big sweets eater either, although I am particularly fond of Gummy Worms, but I usually go months without eating any. Although when I do I usually buy 2-3 tubs, 600-650 grams depending on whether I get them at Zellers or Wal-Mart, and finish them off in about 4-5 days. I do drink plenty of water though. Not sure exactly how much, but 2 liters sounds about right, if not more.

this conversation is funny. I always found the weight situation pretty simple to figure out. If you take in more calories than you burn off, you are going to gain weight. So, if you do little physical activity, you have to plan meals accordingly.

BTW, eating 2x footlong sandwiches in a sitting is ridiculous

I'm not sure if my math is correct, but that's at least 2 feet worth of sandwich!

Yep. And it's roughly 1/3rd my height.

I'm going to skip the Ricky Gervais video though because I find him rather annoying, but I am far from what you'd call fat. I've got a belly, that's all.

3 TB hard drive up and running. Aww yeah. Suddenly I have a hankering to start working on an HD edit.
