I just saw High Fidelity for the first time and enjoyed it very much. I'm looking for comedy movies like that, and like 40 - year old virgin, but it seems like there no one left that i haven't seen. Anyone who could recommend one?

depends on what you liked about it (high fidelity) many older Cusack films share his melancholy "cool loser" attitude.
say anything
better off dead
grosse point blank
being john malkovich

if you liked the indie music store vibe theres films like:
empire records (I never liked this one though)
nick and norah
slc punk
floundering
if you liked the narrated protagonist piece:
adaptation
fight club
trainspotting

personally I like everything about High Fidelity because it mirrors my life. I have worked in a small indie record store for the past 10 years and can empathize w/ the film.
so in that regard I will recommend a few films that have nothing in common w/ HF other than that I like them:
Amelie
Juno
I love you, Man
Requiem for a dream
dream w/ the fishes
magnolia
