Anyone out there planning to check out the Half Blood Prince community screening with Daniel Radcliffe and the director David Yates on 12 Dec @ Noon PST/3PM EST, via BD-Live?

so anyway, what are people's impressions of the deleted scenes. Do you think they add anything to the mood or story, or do you agree that they were appropriate deletions?

... mind you, the query is regarding an opinion of the deleted scenes in relation to the overall film as it stands, rather than a critique of the film.

In that case, why not switch to a different subject regarding the home video release.

Anyone have a favorite extra, be it on the DVD or Blu-ray editions? I've heard a lot of people say they are fond of the 50 min "A Year in the Life of JK Rowling" segment, while others were simply thrilled to have a peek at 2 mins of footage from The Deathly Hallows. Thoughts?

Or perhaps some one would rather share a favorite extra on the Ultimate Edition release of the Sorcerer's/Philosopher's Stone or Chamber of Secrets?
 
good idea. I can't comment yet, because Santa is bringing me some of those releases, hopefully :)
