The Tick

Cartoon yes. Live action no. The cartoon had silly villians, the live action had language equivalent angsty high schoolers.
 
I like the cartoon and the 2001 live action series. I've heard that the newer show doesn't do The Tick justice, and that it'd be better off as it's own thing. Maybe I'm misrememembering what I heard. Anyways, I've heard it isn't good. I'll still probably check it out though.
