To start off.

Halo: Combat Evolved (original)

Recolor Cortana blue
Remove the Grunts
Add the Battle Rifle
Reduce the copy & paste corridors and repeated music

Detroit: Become Human

When the androids take off their skin, instead of the white android body they look like Terminators

Give the androids replicant eyes
 
TV's Shrink

He's like TV's Frink but 1/8 the size and he's always asking you how you feel and writing down your answer and saying "Mmhmm."

They are good. To me. I'm actually a huge defender of Sonic 06, it's my favorite Sonic game. I admit that it's full of flaws and is super hard and tedious, but I've had a lot of fun with it. A game doesn't have to be objectively well made or good to be good to you.
 
In Sonic Unleashed, instead of sonic turning into a werehog he turns into the sonic we seen in the film trailer.

If only Unleashed was on PC
 
I would also like Mario kart to have characters from Sonic the Hedgehog and Crash Bandicoot to create the ultimate racing game.
