Aquaman (2018)

Hooray! I found the other person that likes The Incredible Hulk! :p

I love it also! Sure, it may have nothing other movies didn't do before, but the action is first-rate, the stakes feel high, Tyler is bewitching, and the Bruce/Betty romance is right up there with Tony and Pepper's as the only MCU couples I really care about. (Not counting AoS, of course.)

I like it too. It is a good movie. But I LOVE Tomahawk's Extended Edition. That one really filled out what was missing in The Incredible Hulk: It restored the heart. Not to say that the theatrical cut has no heart. I just find it lacking compared to the EE.

Sorry for going off topic again. Back to Aquaman...

...I have not seen Aquaman yet.

I saw it recently. Without any other context or knowledge of the current film landscape, I would have assumed this film would make no more than 700mil given how dumb it is. But a billion dollars. That's pretty wild. If Birds of Prey and Shazam! do similarly well, I think journos will need to find a new franchise to make articles about.
