Watched half of it. It looks pretty good for a fanfilm, but the ADR/dubbing delivery of the English lines is pretty bad. Too much exposition as well. This might actually be worth doing a fanedit of to speed the story up. And this is coming from someone who isn't a Harry Potter fan.

Not quite as good as the Severus Snape and the Marauders or Dumbledore & Grindelwald fanfilms, but better than I could do for sure.
