Batman v Superman: No Justice:
I registered here specifically to add my +1 about this edit. The original theatrical cut felt like being dragged through mud, and the "Ultimate Edition" borders on unwatchable -- I haven't had the stamina to finish watching it, and probably never will.
The BvS: No Justice fanedit trims the film down to the sweet spot range (between 1.5 and 2 hours), and removes the extra badly-interwoven plot lines that confused everyone who isn't a diehard DC fan. It's OK to link films together, but the writers' and director's vision of that was so terribly ham-handed in BvS. It was just Too Much.
For a fanedit which is basically a remix, I saw and heard only a couple jump cuts, nowhere near noticeable enough to be jarring. Editing is the name of the game, and *that* was beautifully executed.
reeseevans, you should be working in Hollywood. Well done.
