Looking for the "Terminator movement" noise from the first film

Anyone know where i can find this particular noise 'clean'? Or at the very least, a quick way to isolate that noise from the other sound effects/music during that particular sequence of the film when the Endoskeleton is walking around the factory? AS a kid I noticed that it also sounded a bit like the "sheilds" around the Batmobile in the first Burton Batman film ("Returns" had differnt sound effects entirely).
