Thanks guys and Frink (Who is also included in the subset "guys"... I believe), this thread was a nice thought. Although there are plenty of tireless people who contribute to the smooth working of this site behind the scenes. Think how great the new look and feel of the site has been this year and I barely lifted a finger a help compared to them (Partly due to my near total ignorance of how the internet actually works).

Hopefully 2017 should see a smoother/quicker "firstling" submission process, as the Academy backlog is beginning to get back under control.
