Adobe Premiere Pro - Export taking too long after 70%

I've been using Premiere Pro CC 2014 to work on my videos and never had any issue with it.
But today, I've noticed that the export was taking a lot more time than it used to (I always use the same export settings and the video is not that long).
The export starts ok, but then suddenly after 70% it gets really slow. Always after that same mark.
I already rebooted my laptop twice, started a new project, but the problem continues.
This never happened before. What could be the issue?

Thanks!

Do you have several effects layers or anything different in that area? It's possible whatever is being rendered out takes longer.

What GPU do you have? Is it a CUDA or OpenGL compatible card? If not, your render time will be greatly reduced since the software is using your CPU instead of the GPU.

No effects, I guess there was something wrong with that video file. I tried to export a different video and it worked normally.
