I am terrible with this sound mixing stuff so I was wondering since people here are working on fan edits if anyone has already a channel / output of sound effects only for Man Of Steel Theatrical & Batman v Superman Ultimate would they be willing to share for editing purposes ?
 
No, you need to rip it yourself.

Check the threads in the technical forum for the best method to do this. But really any ripping program will allow you to extract all the surround channels. To put it as simply as I can, drop them all into your editor and the center channel will be the loud mono one. I can't speak for BvS, but luckily MOS has a very clean center channel.
 
BvS has only been released digitally so far I know so there's no info on the channel mixing regarding DVD/Blu Ray.

EDIT: No, wait, Amazon.com has them in stock. Mmmh... guess you'll have to ask someone who's actively working on an edit what the channels look like, but as tm2yc said, you need to rip it yourself in the end.
 
I haven't ripped them. I'm not too too concerned with making audio that clear; if I can get stereo audio, then I can fiddle around with more advanced audio things myself. If I ever do this, I'll let you know,
