So... is there supposed to be a tie breaker? Shouldn't it have ended already?
 
It did end, and there will be a tie breaker as soon as I can get my act together.
 
Announcement:

Due to the recent updates in our forum software, we did not notice that Smithers voted for his own edit.  He did not realize the rules did not allow this, so no harm done.  However, we have to remove his vote, which means that Billy Batson actually won this month's contest.

People used to before the new software. It would also show up on the homepage but now it doesn't really.
