I need the help of an Italian speaker to translate a minute of dialogue into English so I can add subtitles to a movie. If anyone is willing to help that would be great .
The movie is Roberto Benigni's 'The Tiger and the Snow'. There is an Italian Blu-Ray but it doesn't have English audio or subtitles. I downloaded an English subtitle file online and thankfully it's mostly accurate. I've been through it and corrected spelling mistakes but a couple of areas are clearly not right which is why I need the help. It's a lovely film and I want to be able to watch it properly.
In this ^ clip. The Subtitles read...
...but there are clearly many untranslated lines in there.

...but again there are clearly many untranslated lines.
The reasons for these two omissions is clearly because both scenes were removed from the US cut of the movie and so the English subtitle track I've downloaded is for that cut version... although weirdly it's still in sync before and after the extra scenes.
Thanks in advance for any help offered!
Oh, also in an early scene while Attilio is trying dismount from a camel the English subtitle has him saying "Ubruk!" (Which is not a English word) and the Italian dialogue sounds like the same word. Any idea what this word means (Google has been no help). It seems he uses the word like "Halt!".

Fuad - Vittoria! Your book.
Vittoria - Oh, thank you.
Vittoria - I'm losing my mind.
Fuad - Do you have time for dinner?
Attilio - Let's have dinner together.

Attorney - See what your attorney does?
Attorney - I'll drive you home.
Attorney - This damned pollen,
Attorney - it won't let me sleep at night.
Attorney - But that's a zebra!
Attilio - Beautiful!
...but again there are clearly many untranslated lines.
