A new hardboiled detective drama is airing tomorrow on TNT:
Set in the early 1960's in New York City's Public Morals Division, where cops walk the line between morality and criminality as the temptations that come from dealing with all kinds of vice can get the better of them.
Ed Burns not only produces, writes and directs the series, but also stars in it. TNT is collaborating with Amblin Television, Steven Spielberg, Justin Falvey, Darryl Frank and Aaron Lubin as producers.

Itâs a surprise from TNT considering they made neo-noir TV series called âMob Cityâ (directed by Frank Darabont). It wasnât too successful and got cancelled eventually. BTW, Ed Burns played a role of Bugsy Siegel in it.
Anyway, Iâm curious how this show will work.
