Would it be possible import a ripped subtitle file in Womble to edit along side a film?
 
I actually just create subtitles using Womble's text tool. Others may find it un-professional, but after rendering they look perfect, just like the official dvds.
 
I've never been satisfied with Womble's text tool. Perhaps I need to mess with it more.

I've been looking in Womble for the text tool you mentioned here, but I can't seem to find it. Could you please point me in the right direction?

In the upper tool bar, it's the button with the T next to the DVD logo.
 
Oh, I see thanks. I thought that wasn't for laying text in the movie...I should have tried more! Thanks! I'll probably get it right. :)
 
Does anybody have a favorite font for Womble subtitles?

Every font I pick within Womble title editor looks a bit blocky or thin or squeezed together.
Lucida sans console 14 bold is the best I can make out.

Would Tmpeg smooth over the blockiness of the subtitles?

12 point, comic sans font looks just fine once I run the whole movie through Tmpeg software.
