I have to be honest that I've never worked with 5.1 audio before, always stereo. I've finished the workprint of my 3-in-1 prequel edit, and everything is miraculously in-sync and sounds fine, but my timeline is a bit of a mess:
Yeah...so now how do I go about assigning different tracks to different speakers? To complicate things, I grabbed some deleted scenes from the DVDs, thankfully I had the foresight enough to put them in subclips, but because I ripped from MPEG Stream clip, I got 2 stereo wavs and 2 mono wavs rather than 6 mono wavs like everything else (which was ripped with pavtube)
Is there a way I can painlessly assign these to specific speakers as well without messing up everything else?
